FORTWILLIAM

FortWilliam. What can I say. I go into FortWilliam a lot but not as a tourist. There are shops there ie. Morrisons, McKays, WHSmiths, Boots and a smaller pharmesy and umpteen charity shops up and down the high street.

There are many places to eat but not like a city except we do hav MacDonalds ( ovcourse ) . Next to that is our College, just a wee one. Near by a few yards away is the train station and a few steps and under a walk tunnel ( safe ) is FortWilliam high street. The Bank of Scotland is there and also The Royal Bank of Scotland, also some building societies and a post office which is in WHSmiths. There a loads of mountain and walking clothe shops to buy everything you need to servive our weather and a wee Rod and Gun shop.

There's a nice park that faces the town with benches to sit on and is nice especially in the summer. The sooner we get some of that the better. There are many B&Bs around and Hotells but it does get busy so if you do decide to come visit, make shure you get somewhere to stay as soon as possible. We also have a Youth Hostel near to FortWilliam that is clean and all the information you need to know about the area will be there for you to plan with.
